📌 If there is a product quality issue

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will take care of everything immediately and provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
No return shipping fees, ever — your satisfaction is our priority.

📌 If you would like to return for personal reasons

If you simply changed your mind or prefer a different style, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Because our orders are shipped internationally, a return shipping fee of $10–$15 USD will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
